Job Description

Sales Manager – Professional Services

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Manager to support the firm’s growth through structured client engagement and relationship expansion.


This role focuses on revenue generation, strategic relationship management, and institutional engagement within the framework of the Advocates Act and applicable professional conduct rules.


Role Overview

The Sales Manager will work closely with the Partners to:

  • Drive relationship-led revenue growth across corporate and institutional segments
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with the firm’s capabilities
  • Build and manage a structured pipeline of prospective mandates
  • Strengthen the firm’s presence within professional and financial ecosystems


This is a high-visibility role requiring strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to engage senior decision-makers.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, in-house teams, financial institutions, and professional intermediaries.
  • Identify potential mandates and convert opportunities into engagements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client servicing.
  • Represent the firm at professional forums, industry events, and networking platforms.
  • Maintain structured reporting on pipeline, relationships, and revenue performance.

Candidate Profile

  • MBA (Marketing/Strategy preferred).
  • 3–8 years of experience in professional services sales, business development, or client acquisition within law firms, consulting firms, financial services, or advisory organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and close high-value engagements.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
