Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing day-to-day sales operations, coordinating with clients and internal teams, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to support ongoing sales activities and targets
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and performance trackers
• Handle client communication regarding inquiries, quotations, order status, and follow-ups
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documentation
• Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and operations teams for order processing and dispatch
• Maintain and update customer database and sales records
• Track pending orders, payments, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Assist in sales planning, forecasting, and analysis
• Support marketing and promotional activities as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support (preferred)
