Job Title: Sales/Senior Sales Manager


Job Summary


The Sales/Senior Sales Manager is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets. This role focuses on inbound sales, customer relationship management, and promoting the company's products or services to drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Negotiate agreements and close deals in line with company objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align offerings with market needs
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance to management
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Collect market feedback and report competitor activities


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and influence decision-makers
  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or equivalent)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities


Preferred Qualifications


  • Masters/Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management/MBA

  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel across assigned regions
