Job Description

Company overview : We are a well-established trading company with our own manufacturing facility and over 25 Year of expertise in import and export PU/PVC synthetic leathers. With a strong presence in the market, We are looking to expand our sales team to drive growth and strenthen customer releationships.


Key Responsibilties :

  1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  2. Develop and execute sales stratagies to expand market share in bags, footwear and upholstery segments.
  3. Idendify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships.
  4. Monitor sales performance, analiyze data and prepare reports for senior management.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to aligns sales initiatives with overall business goals.
  6. Provide training, guidance and motivation to sales executives and representatives.
  7. Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with key clients and distributors.
  8. Ensure customers satisfiction by addressing issues promptly and maintaining strong after sales support.

Candidate Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 5 to 7 year in sales with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. Experiene in synthetic leather or related industries preferred.


Domain Knowledge : Sales processes and customer releationship management.


Edcuation : Graduation


Skills & Attributes :

  1. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  2. Excellent leadership, team management and menitoring skills
  3. Strong communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
  4. Proficiency in CRM software and MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Strategic thinker with a result-driven apporach.
  6. Professional grooming and confident personcality.
  7. Conduct field visits, meeting and calls to generate new leads.
  8. Convert leads into active customers through effective engagement and follow-ups.
  9. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  10. Cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize revenue.
  11. Handle customer queries, complaints and feedback to ensure satisfication.
  12. Maintain accurate records using CRM software.
