Role: Sales Manager

📍 Location: Delhi NCR

🕒 Type: Full-Time | On-Site

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• To achieve and surpass sales targets

• Develop and implement winning sales strategies and business development plans.

• Identify & convert new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.

• Build strong, long-term client relationships with corporates and institutions.

• Conduct market research & competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities.

• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.

• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery & client satisfaction.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation.

• Strong expertise in Client Relationship Management.

• Knowledge of strategic planning, market trends, and competitor analysis.

• Excellent team leadership, communication & negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Prior industry experience in Security, Housekeeping, or Manpower Services is a must.
