Job Summary:

Prime International is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales BDM with 3–4 years of experience in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving targets, and leading a sales team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.

Handle and motivate a sales team to maximize productivity.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the automobile sector.

Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.

Prepare regular sales reports and track performance against targets.

Requirements:

3–4 years of proven sales & business development experience.

Automobile industry experience is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of sales growth strategies and target achievement.

Good leadership and team-handling skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management.
