Job Summary

DXP VENTURES INDIA PVT LTD ., a leading player in the non-alcoholic beverage manufacturing and distribution sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the Delhi-NCR market. This role is pivotal in expanding our market share for carbonated drinks, juices, and energy beverages through strategic sales initiatives. We are looking for a candidate with exclusive professional experience solely within the beverage industry—no prior roles outside this sector will be considered—to bring specialized insights and proven tactics tailored to the fast-paced, competitive beverage landscape in Delhi.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets, focusing on key retail chains, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes), and institutional clients in Delhi-NCR.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and end-customers to ensure consistent product placement and visibility.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and untapped opportunities specific to the beverage sector, such as seasonal promotions for summer quenchers or health-focused variants.
  • Lead a team of 8-10 sales executives by conducting regular training sessions, performance reviews, and motivational programs to boost on-ground execution.
  • Monitor sales metrics, inventory levels, and promotional campaigns using industry-standard tools like CRM software, ensuring 95%+ fill rates for high-demand SKUs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to launch new beverage lines, optimizing pricing, packaging, and distribution for maximum ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, local trade policies, and ethical sales practices unique to Delhi's beverage distribution ecosystem.
  • 8-12 years of hands-on sales experience exclusively in the beverage industry (non-alcoholic preferred; no experience from food, FMCG outside beverages, or unrelated sectors will be accepted). Prior roles must demonstrate progressive responsibility in Delhi-NCR markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets (e.g., ₹50+ Crores annual revenue) in beverage sales, with expertise in route-to-market strategies for urban Delhi.
  • Strong knowledge of local beverage regulations, supplier networks, and consumer preferences (e.g., demand for low-sugar or flavored variants).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, sales analytics tools, and basic CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi; ability to handle high-pressure environments with a target-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi-NCR for client visits and market audits.
  • Preferred QualificationsCertification in sales management or beverage-specific training (e.g., from Beverage Institute or similar).
  • Experience with digital sales channels, such as e-commerce partnerships for beverage delivery in Delhi.
  • Demonstrated success in launching eco-friendly or premium beverage products in competitive markets.
