Job Description

  • JOB DESCRIPTION (JD) Core Responsibilities A. School Outreach & Tie-upsIdentify and approach schools (CBSE, ICSE, State Board, Private).
  • Pitch Abacus, Vedic Maths, Phonics & English programs to:

  • School owners
  • Principals
  • Academic coordinators
  • Arrange demo classes / workshops for decision-makers.
  • Convert demos into annual contracts / book adoptions.
  •  B. Marketing Strategy & BrandingDesign annual & quarterly marketing plans.
  • Create campaigns for:

  • New academic sessions
  • Teacher training programs
  • New book launches
  • Strengthen brand positioning as academic partner, not just a book seller.
  •  C. Channel Partner & Trainer NetworkRecruit and manage:

  • Franchise partners
  • Independent trainers
  • School coordinators
  • Support them with:

  • Marketing material
  • Sales scripts
  • Demo support
  •  D. Digital & Offline MarketingOversee:

  • Website content
  • WhatsApp campaigns
  • Email marketing to schools
  • Social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Coordinate printing of:

  • Brochures
  • Posters
  • Sample books
  • Teacher manuals

(They don’t need to design everything but must manage vendors/freelancers.)

  •  E. Sales Support & Lead ManagementTrack:

  • Leads from ads, exhibitions, referrals
  • Conversion ratios
  • Coordinate with sales executives (if any).
  • Ensure follow-ups with schools are happening on time.
  •  F. Reporting & AnalysisDaily, weekly, monthly reporting to you.
  • Track ROI of:

  • School visits
  • Ads
  • Exhibitions
  • Suggest improvements based on data.
  •  2. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Education & ExperienceMBA / PG Diploma in Marketing (preferred)
  • 3–7 years experience in:

  • School marketing
  • Education products
  • Ed-tech / publishing (BIG PLUS)
  •  Skills RequiredExcellent communication & presentation skills
  • Comfortable talking to school management
  • Strategic thinking + execution ability
