Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive/ Sales Manager to grow our PoE switch and camera surveillance business.

Responsibilities

• Sell PoE switches, IP cameras, NVRs, and related accessories
• Identify and develop new clients (system integrators, installers, SMBs, enterprises)
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer relationships
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
• Coordinate with technical/support teams for solution design
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track sales activities and report pipeline status

Requirements

• 1–5 years of sales experience in CCTV, networking, or IT hardware
• Knowledge of PoE standards and CCTV camera systems
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic understanding of networking (switches, VLANs, cabling) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license (if field sales)

Preferred

• Experience selling to system integrators or installers
• Existing customer base in security or IT solutions
• Technical sales background
