Job Description
- Achieve GWP targets for the assigned territory and partner base
- Maintain continuous interaction with brokers and intermediaries
- Activate mapped POS to ensure broad-based sourcing and higher GWP issuance
- Build, manage, and regularly update the sales pipeline to meet business targets
- Train and develop partner sales and service teams for effective customer pitching
- Motivate partner teams to share and close leads in a timely manner
- Improve company mindshare and wallet share among partners
- Ensure adherence to the sales process through daily tracking of visits and calls
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities
- Use digital sales tools and applications to drive digitization objectives
- Decode client requirements, pain points, and opportunity areas
- Provide need-based solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Drive renewal persistency and improve long-term customer retention
