Job Description

Candidate should be good looking and presentable and having relevant experience in banquet sales or in hospitality industry

We are hiring for east Delhi / akshardham / Ghaziabad / West Delhi

·  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, event planners, and others.

·  Act as the main point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring excellent communication and service.

·  Organize and attend client meetings, events, and trade shows to build the hotel’s network and identify new business opportunities.

·  Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring all terms align with the hotel’s revenue goals.

·  Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs set by management.

·  Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

·  Focus on both short-term and long-term sales opportunities, including group bookings, corporate contracts, and event hosting.

·  Maintain detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and results using CRM or sales management tools.

·  Conduct market research to identify new business trends and customer needs.

·  Analyze competitors’ offerings and pricing to ensure the hotel’s sales strategy remains competitive.

·  Regularly evaluate the hotel's positioning in the market and suggest improvements to sales tactics.

·  Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, detailing performance, bookings, revenue, and other key metrics.

·  Update and maintain CRM systems with client information, sales activity, and contract details.

·  Work closely with the finance team to ensure that contracts and sales align with pricing guidelines and financial objectives.

·  Ensure that all sales documentation is completed accurately and on time

. ·  Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Food & Beverage, Events) to ensure seamless execution of guest services.

·  Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team to improve promotional activities and brand positioning.

·  Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded during their stay or event.
