We’re Hiring: Direct Sales Executive (DST) – Gold Loan (for our partner)
Designation: Manager/ Senior Manager
Salary: Upto 26k/month + attractive incentives
📍 Location: Multiple Locations PAN India across tier 1 , tier 2 and tier 3 cities
We are looking for energetic field sales professionals to drive Gold Loan business through open market sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and source gold loan customers
• Conduct field visits and explain product offerings
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business
Requirements
• 12th Pass / Graduate
• 1–3 years experience in DST Sales / BFSI / Loan products (Gold Loan preferred)
• Willing to travel for field sales
• Strong communication(Regional langugage) and target-driven mindset
