Job Summary

 We are looking for a Sales Manager with a strong architectural background and proven experience in B2B sales within the construction/real estate ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience, a well-established personal network of architects, builders, consultants, and developers, and the ability to drive business through channel partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Develop and grow business through architects, consultants, and design firms
  •  Leverage existing self-created professional network to generate leads and closures
  •  Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, builders, and developers
  •  Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits
  •  Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, negotiations, and closures
  • Track sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports
  •  Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships in Delhi NCR


Required Qualifications & Experience

  •  Educational Background: Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent preferred)
  •  Experience: Minimum 3+ years in sales/business development within construction, real estate, or allied industries
  •  Strong existing network of architects, builders, and consultants
  •  Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  •  Strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and construction workflows

 

Preferred Skills

  •  Experience in architect-channel sales
  •  Ability to manage high-value B2B clients
  •  Strategic thinking and market knowledge of Delhi NCR
  •  Self-driven with strong ownership mindset
