Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Manager with a strong architectural background and proven experience in B2B sales within the construction/real estate ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience, a well-established personal network of architects, builders, consultants, and developers, and the ability to drive business through channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow business through architects, consultants, and design firms
- Leverage existing self-created professional network to generate leads and closures
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, builders, and developers
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Track sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships in Delhi NCR
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Background: Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in sales/business development within construction, real estate, or allied industries
- Strong existing network of architects, builders, and consultants
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and construction workflows
Preferred Skills
- Experience in architect-channel sales
- Ability to manage high-value B2B clients
- Strategic thinking and market knowledge of Delhi NCR
- Self-driven with strong ownership mindset
