Job Summary:

The Sales Manager – is responsible for driving retail insurance sales through the PCHFL branches,

developing strong relationships with PCHFL (PIRAMAL) staff, and ensuring the achievement of sales

targets. The role requires maintain strong relationship with PCHFL team, providing training, and

collaborating to promote insurance products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Attending 5 to 8 Customers and generating minimum 2 prospects on daily basis.

Achieving sales targets.

Conduct regular training and workshops for PCHFL staff to enhance product knowledge and sales

skills.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and customer servicing.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree.

1-3 years of experience in sales, (Fresher’s will also be considered with good communication skills

and zeal to achieve attitude).

Key Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.

Knowledge of insurance products and banking operations is an advantage.
