Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our Point of Sales (POS) division, with a strong understanding of acrylic design and fabrication. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with mobile phone and electronics brands, managing client relationships, and delivering customized display and retail branding solutions.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with mobile phone and electronics brands to secure POS display and fabrication projects.

 

Understand client requirements and translate them into effective POS solutions using acrylic and other suitable materials.

 

Collaborate with internal design and production teams to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery of projects.

 

Drive sales targets through strategic planning, market analysis, and proactive client engagement.

 

Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s POS portfolio in the electronics retail segment.

 

Oversee pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations in coordination with the management team.

 

Keep abreast of the latest trends in retail display design, especially in electronics and mobile segments.

 

Attend industry trade shows and events to network and promote company capabilities.

 

 

 Requirements:

Proven sales experience in POS displays, preferably in acrylic fabrication.

 

In-depth understanding of materials, processes, and design considerations in acrylic and retail display manufacturing.

 

Strong existing network in mobile phone and electronics brand marketing teams is a plus.

 

Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

 

Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

 

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

 

 

 Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Design, or related field.

 

Familiarity with design tools or production software is an advantage
