Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive (TMT Steel)

Location: Pitampura, Delhi (Field-based)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for a result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our TMT steel distribution business. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence in North Delhi, building relationships with contractors, and driving sales of TMT bars.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Outreach: Visit construction sites, architects, builders, and contractors to promote our range of TMT steel.

Lead Generation: Identify new residential and commercial projects in and around Pitampura/North Delhi.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients and dealers.

Sales Conversion: Handle inquiries, provide price quotes, and follow up to close deals.

Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing and market trends to provide feedback to the management.

Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per agreed terms.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th Pass) with a flair for sales.

Experience: 0–2 years in field marketing (Experience in building materials, hardware, or construction is a plus).

Skills: Strong communication in Hindi/English, negotiation skills, and a "go-getter" attitude.

Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for field visits.
