Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive for our Automobile Auction division. The candidate will be responsible for generating buyer participation in auctions, handling seller inquiries, explaining auction processes, and ensuring smooth deal closures. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and basic knowledge of used vehicle valuation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to dealers, brokers, and potential buyers to promote upcoming vehicle auctions.
• Generate participation from used car dealers, fleet buyers, and automobile resellers.
• Explain auction terms, bidding process, documentation, and payment procedures.
• Coordinate between sellers and buyers for smooth transaction closure.
• Maintain follow-ups with registered bidders and inactive buyers.
• Achieve monthly bidding participation and revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, bids, and conversions.
• Assist in post-auction documentation and payment follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with dealers and institutional buyers.
• Stay updated with used vehicle market prices and trends.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate preferred (any stream).
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English required).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of used car market and resale pricing.
• Computer knowledge (Excel, CRM systems).
• Target-oriented and result-driven personality.
