Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a result-driven Construction & Real Estate Sales Lead who will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and closing sales for residential plots, villas, farmhouses, and construction projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead GenerationGenerate leads through digital platforms, site walk-ins, broker network, and referrals
• Follow up on inbound leads from Meta ads, portals, and campaigns
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and investors
• Sales & ClosingConduct site visits and client meetings
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documents
• Negotiate pricing and close deals efficiently
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• CRM & ReportingMaintain client data and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams for smooth closures
• Broker & Channel Partner ManagementBuild and manage broker/channel partner network
• Coordinate commissions and deal closures
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong communication & negotiation skills
• Experience in real estate sales, construction sales, or property consulting
• Ability to close deals independently
• Knowledge of property documentation & basic legal terms
• Proficiency in WhatsApp, Excel, CRM tools
• Local market knowledge is a plus
