Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can manage Indiamart leads and WhatsApp Business marketing, convert inquiries into sales, and maintain customer communication efficiently.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Indiamart:Indiamart Seller Panel manage karna
• Daily leads & RFQ follow-up
• Customer ko call/message karke inquiry convert karna
• Price quotation bhejna
• Product listing update & maintenance
• Customer requirement samajhkar order finalize karna
• WhatsApp Marketing:WhatsApp Business handle karna
• Customer inquiries ka quick reply
• Catalog, pricing & offers share karna
• Daily follow-ups & lead conversion
• Customer database maintain karna

General Duties:

• Daily reporting of leads & conversions
• Coordinate with production/dispatch team
• Existing customers ko repeat orders ke liye engage karna

🎯 Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
• Sales mindset + convincing power
• Follow-up skills strong
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Excel, Email)
• Experience in Indiamart/WhatsApp marketing preferred
• Fast learner & responsible attitude
