Sales & Marketing Executive

Sales Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B/B2C).
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and convert leads into orders.
• Maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, follow-ups, order confirmations, and payment coordination.
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
• Manage social media pages, inquiries, and customer messages.
• Coordinate with design/content teams for promotions and banners.
• Participate in exhibitions, field marketing, and promotional activities.
• Support brand-building initiatives and customer engagement programs.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain sales records, customer data, and daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and accounts teams.
• Share regular performance and market reports with management.
