Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to promote our interior design services, generate new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through direct sales, referrals, networking, and site visits
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable interior design solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed projects
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote interior design services
• Coordinate with the design team to create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and portfolios
• Manage online and offline marketing activities, including social media promotions and campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking meetings

Client Coordination

• Act as a liaison between clients and the design team to ensure smooth communication
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Collect client feedback and support after-sales service
• Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (experience in interior design, real estate, or construction is a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand design concepts and client preferences
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of interior design materials, layouts, and trends
• Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms
