Job Description
- Sell refurbished laptops, desktops, and computer accessories
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Respond to leads generated from IndiaMART and social media
- Maintain social media pages and regularly post new inventory, offers, and product details
- Explain product specifications, condition, warranty, and pricing to customers
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Maintain basic records of leads, customer conversations, and orders using Excel
- Coordinate with the internal team for billing, dispatch, and delivery
- Achieve assigned sales targets
