Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and skilled in building client relationships. You will be responsible for generating new business, promoting our services, and maintaining long-term client satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesIdentify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and professional networking.
• Pitch company services like Amazon/Flipkart account management, ad management & catalog services.
• Convert leads into active clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and update sales CRM or records.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
• Marketing ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for the company.
• Create basic content for social media promotions, ads, and brochures.
• Support in developing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, or events (if required).
• Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or e-commerce (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good presentation and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (freshers can also apply).
• Experience in e-commerce sales/agency sales is a plus.
