Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing OperationsConduct outbound sales calls to clients and distributors Pan India.

  • Develop and implement basic marketing plans and strategies.
  • Engage with dealers and distributors for order generation and follow-up.
  • Independently prepare quotations, respond to inquiries, and handle client communication via email and phone.
  • Convince clients effectively and professionally, ensuring smooth order closures.
  • Data Management & DocumentationMaintain all sales and marketing data using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Prepare regular sales reports and track distributor performance and order cycles.
  • Tender ManagementHandle government and institutional tenders independently—from document preparation to submission.
  • Coordinate with concerned departments to gather necessary documents and information.
  • Executive AssistanceAct as Personal Assistant to the Director, managing schedules, correspondence, and confidential documents.
  • Draft professional letters, business emails, and internal communications as required.
  • Assist in day-to-day business operations and ensure timely task follow-ups.
  • Key Skills Required:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of sales cycles, marketing tactics, and tender processes.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong letter drafting and business email writing skills.
