Job Title: On-Ground Sales Executive — Mall & Parking Partnerships

Location: Delhi NCR

Employment Type: Field / Full-time

About Us:

We are building a local sales team to partner with malls, commercial parking operators, and private parking lots across Delhi NCR. Our product is a marketing and advertising solution designed to increase footfall and generate incremental revenue for parking operators and mall management through targeted onsite and digital ad placements.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive field-sales professional who can visit malls and parking locations, build trusted relationships with parking and mall operators, and sell our advertising/marketing solutions. The role is high on relationship-building, local outreach, and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and meet decision-makers at malls, MCD parking, and private parking operators.
  • Present and sell our advertising and revenue-sharing solutions to parking and mall operators.
  • Onboard new partners, negotiate terms, and ensure contractual and operational handover.
  • Coordinate with the operations and creative teams to implement campaigns on-site.
  • Track partner performance and report weekly KPIs (onsite ad slots sold, campaign start-dates, partner revenue share).
  • Maintain CRM records of visits, contacts, contracts and follow-ups.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and expand presence across assigned zones.

Requirements:

  • 12th pass or graduate.
  • Prior merchant onboarding / field sales or local B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.
  • Resident of Delhi NCR, with good knowledge of local areas and commercial hubs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing documentation.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Up to ₹25,000 per month (fixed).
