Job Description
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and leads generated via social media campaigns
Communicate effectively with customers in their preferred language
Educate customers about Ayurvedic products and their benefits
Convert inquiries into successful sales through effective persuasion
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure closure of leads
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Language: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Oriya ( candidates have to know any one of the mentioned languages)
