Sales & Growth Executive – PPE Manufacturing (Founding Sales Hire)


Location: DSIDC Industrial Area, Narela – 110040

Monday–Saturday | Sunday Off


About Us

Inno Safe International is a growing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) manufacturer based in Narela, Delhi. We manufacture industrial safety products including Safety Helmets, Reflective Vests, Jackets & Trousers, Boiler Suits & Coveralls, and Full Body Safety Harness.


We are expanding and building our sales function from scratch. This is a founding sales role with high growth potential.


Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Sales & Growth Executive who can independently manage and grow sales across B2B, field, and online channels.

This role requires someone who is proactive, disciplined, and comfortable taking ownership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Field & B2B Sales
  • Visit industrial clients and contractors
  • Generate new leads
  • Conduct follow-ups and close orders
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Online & Digital Sales
  • Handle Amazon, Flipkart, and website enquiries
  • Coordinate basic SEO & online visibility efforts
  • Capture and track enquiries from Google and other sources
  • Sales Tracking & Reporting
  • Maintain daily enquiry tracker in Excel
  • Follow-up log and conversion record
  • Coordinate internally for order processing


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales (B2B preferred)
  • Comfortable with field visits
  • Target Driven
  • Basic knowledge of Amazon / Flipkart operations
  • Strong follow-up discipline
  • Good communication in Hindi + basic English
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel


Compensation Structure:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000
