Job Description
About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, disciplined, and hungry Sales Executive who can help us grow business through customer follow-up, market visits, lead generation, quotation follow-up, order conversion, and relationship building.
This is a B2B textile sales role, so we need someone who is active, confident, presentable, and serious about results. The person should be able to talk to customers properly, follow up strongly, and report work daily.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCalling existing and potential customers
- Following up on quotations
- Following up on inquiries and leads
- Visiting customers and markets when needed
- Generating new business opportunities
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Understanding customer requirements and coordinating internally
- Helping with sample follow-up and order conversion
- Taking regular updates from customers
- Supporting payment/recovery follow-up where needed
- Sending daily work reports
- Coordinating with accounts, dispatch, and management
- Keeping proper record of calls, visits, inquiries, and conversions
- Helping grow sales in a structured and disciplined manner
- Required SkillsGood communication skills
- Confidence in talking to customers
- Follow-up ability
- Basic understanding of sales process
- Ability to travel locally for customer visits
- Basic Excel / WhatsApp / phone handling discipline
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to understand products and explain them simply
- Good reporting habit
- Preferred CandidateExperience in B2B sales preferred
- Textile/fabric/industrial product sales experience is a plus
- Fresher with strong communication and hunger may also be considered
- Candidate should be serious, presentable, and hardworking
- Candidate must be comfortable with regular follow-up and accountability
