(Airtel sales role similar to BB Champ but focused on selling multiple Airtel products)

1. Job Title

Online Champ (OC) – Field Sales / B2C Sales

2. Job Summary

Online Champ is a field sales role in Bharti Airtel responsible for acquiring new customers and selling multiple Airtel products such as Broadband (Xstream Fiber), Postpaid SIM, DTH, and other telecom services in the assigned territory. The role involves customer interaction, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets.

3. Key Responsibilities

Generate new customer leads in the assigned area.

Sell Airtel services such as:

Airtel Xstream Fiber / Broadband

Postpaid & Prepaid SIM

DTH connections

Other Airtel digital services.

Conduct door-to-door / field visits and explain plans and offers to customers.

Convert leads into confirmed sales and installations.

Maintain daily sales reports and customer data.

Coordinate with the installation and service team for timely connection.

Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets.

Build strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

4. Skills Required

Field sales & communication skills

Customer handling and persuasion

Basic knowledge of telecom / broadband products

Target-oriented approach

5. Qualification

Minimum Graduate (Any stream)

Sales experience preferred (Telecom / Broadband / Banking / Insurance).

7. Salary Structure (Typical)

Fixed salary: ₹19,000 – ₹25,000
