We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Executive with a background in sales  to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and lead the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

Position: Senior Executive –Sales

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy and Market Expansion

·        Develop and execute sales strategy: Create and implement comprehensive, data-driven sales strategies to increase market share and meet revenue targets in specified markets.

·        Identify new markets: Conduct thorough market research to identify and evaluate new opportunities for Topall Impex's products, particularly in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

·        Analyze market trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

·        Performance: Perform as per defined key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor performance to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.

2. Customer and Key Account Management

·        Build and maintain relationships: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and distributors.

·        Act as technical liaison: Bridge the gap between the company and the customer by understanding their technical requirements and effectively communicating how Topall Impex's products can meet their needs..

·        Drive key account growth: Focus on upselling and cross-selling within high-value accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing retention.

3. Technical Expertise and Product Advancement

·        Utilize engineering background: Apply Mechanical Engineering knowledge to demonstrate the technical superiority of our products and help clients solve on-site problems related to equipment use.

·        Manage technical proposals: Oversee the preparation of all technical tenders and responses to RFPs, ensuring all details are accurate and compelling.

4. Interdepartmental Collaboration and Reporting

·        Align with management: Work closely with the company's leadership and other departments, including manufacturing and marketing, to ensure sales efforts are aligned with overall business goals.

·        Report on performance: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management, providing actionable insights for business decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

·        Education: Bachelor's degree with a technical background

·        Experience: Proven track record in a sales leadership role, preferably within the construction, industrial, or manufacturing equipment sector. Experience in managing technical products is essential.

·        Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-focused mindset are a must.

·        Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to specified markets to meet with clients and partners.
