Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who has excellent communication skills and can effectively guide potential students toward choosing the right course for their goals.

Candidates with strong sales closing ability will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should be confident speaking with leads, understanding their interests, and converting enquiries into enrolled students.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming enquiries from social media, ads, and website forms.
• Call and communicate with prospective students to explain academy courses.
• Consult students and recommend the most suitable course packages.
• Upsell students to advanced or long-term courses when appropriate.
• Maintain lead data and follow-ups through WhatsApp, calls, and CRM.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Work with the team to improve conversion rates and student enrollment.
• RequirementsStrong communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident speaking on calls and WhatsApp with potential students.
• Basic understanding of sales psychology and lead conversion.
• Passion for music, DJ culture, or creative industries is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales, counselling, or marketing preferred.
