Job Title: Website & Online Orders Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to manage our website, upload and update product listings, and handle customer orders received through the website. The role requires good organizational skills, basic technical knowledge, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update website content regularly

• Create, edit, and maintain product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, stock)

• Monitor incoming orders and ensure accurate processing

• Coordinate with packing/shipping team for order fulfillment

• Respond to customer inquiries related to orders or products

• Track inventory levels and update stock status on the website

• Identify and report website issues or errors

• Maintain records of orders, returns, and customer interactions

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of website management or e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)

• Good computer skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Prior experience in e-commerce or order processing is a plus
