1. Hotel Manager -

Role: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards in guest services, staffing, finances, and strategic planning.

2. Sales & Marketing (Executives & Managers) -

Role: Identify and secure business opportunities for the hotel, targeting corporate clients, event planners, and tour groups to boost hotel bookings. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s brand and offerings, manage social media, and run advertising campaigns.

3. Reservations Agents -

Role: Take reservations over the phone, through email, or on the hotel’s website. They may also manage room availability and pricing.

4. Revenue Management OTA (Executives & Managers) -

Role: Monitor hotel pricing strategies, occupancy rates, and other factors to maximize hotel revenue across OTAs & official websites.

5. Event Coordinator (Executives & Managers) -

Role: Plan and coordinate MICE events, such as conferences, weddings, or large group bookings, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
