Job Responsibilities Generate leads and visit customers for product promotion

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
• Present product offerings to clients and provide tailored solutions based on requirements.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure successful order closure.
• Support marketing activities including promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, production) to ensure timely order execution.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, market data, and customer information.

Skills Required Good communication skills

• Field sales experience
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / WhatsApp / Email)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
