Role: Technical Sales & Marketing Executive (Software)

Location: On-Site/Hybrid/WFH

Experience: 1-1.5 Years of Experience (Preference 1.5 Years)

Shift: Day Shift (10 AM to 6 PM) (Initially Mon to Sat)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Sales & Marketing Executive with 1–1.5 years of experience who has strong knowledge of software products and technical concepts. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with clients, understanding their technical requirements, and converting leads into customers. This role suits someone who is target-driven, growth-focused, and eager to build a career in software sales.

Key Responsibility:

·        Understand company software products and explain them clearly to clients

·        Conduct product demos and technical discussions with prospects

·        Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and campaigns

·        Identify client requirements and propose suitable software solutions

·        Maintain CRM data and track leads, follow-ups, and conversions

·        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Skills & Qualifications:

·        1–1.5 years of experience in Software Sales / IT Sales / Technical Marketing

·        Good understanding of software concepts (SaaS, ERP, CRM, APIs, workflows, etc.)

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills

·        Ability to understand customer pain points and map them to technical solutions

·        Basic knowledge of ERP, and email platforms

·        Comfortable working with targets and deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

·        Background in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)

·        Experience in B2B software or SaaS sales

·        Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset

·        Ambitious, self-motivated, and performance-oriented
