Job Description

Reporting To Head – Sales / Business Owner

Job Purpose To develop, manage, and expand Craftx’s B2B sales network by onboarding and servicing distributors, wholesalers, retailers, institutional buyers, and corporate clients, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, healthy margins, and long-term partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Channel & Client Development Identify and onboard B2B customers including distributors, wholesalers, medical stores, mattress retailers, gift suppliers, corporate buyers, and institutional clients.
  • Expand Craftx presence across modern trade, traditional retail, and bulk purchase segments.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and repeat buyers.
  • 2. Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (value + volume).
  • Promote Craftx products such as:

  • Memory foam pillows & cushions
  • Travel pillows & car headrests
  • Sleeping eye masks
  • Comfort and support accessories
  • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, margins, and commercial terms while protecting profitability.
  • 3. Distributor & Dealer Management Appoint new distributors and manage existing dealer networks.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper product mix at partner locations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for dispatches, replacements, and credit control.
  • 4. Market Intelligence & Expansion Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
  • Identify new high-potential cities, clusters, and niches for B2B expansion.
  • Collect feedback on product performance and customer requirements.
  • 5. Institutional & Corporate Sales Handle bulk inquiries from corporates, hotels, hospitals, travel companies, gifting agencies, and wellness brands.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic product presentations.
  • Convert bulk and repeat institutional orders.
  • 6. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with production, inventory, logistics, and accounts teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, orders, and payments.
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Candidate Profile Education Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience2–6 years of experience in B2B sales (Consumer goods, foam products, bedding, medical devices, lifestyle products preferred).
  • Experience in handling distributors and retailers is highly desirable.
  • Skills & Competencies Strong B2B negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of trade margins, credit cycles, and channel economics.
  • Comfortable with field sales, market visits, and travel.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp-based sales coordination.
  • Clear communication skills in English and Hindi.
