Job Title: B2B Sales Manager – EdTech
Location: Delhi
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to drive partnerships and institutional sales for our growing EdTech company. The role involves engaging with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate training partners to promote our education solutions and achieve business growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new B2B opportunities in the education sector (schools, colleges, institutes, and training centers)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as principals, administrators, and corporate L&D teams
- Present and demonstrate EdTech products/solutions tailored to client needs
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos (in-person/virtual)
- Collaborate with academic and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales (EdTech or education sector preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
- Preferred SkillsExperience in selling digital learning solutions, LMS, or training programs
- Understanding of the education ecosystem (K-12, higher education, or corporate learning)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
- Work ScheduleDay shift
- 5/6 days working (as per company policy)
- Additional InformationCandidates based in Delhi or nearby regions preferred
- Field visits and client interactions are an integral part of the role
Note: This is an on-site role requiring proactive client engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
