• Experience: Minimum 3 Years of core experience in Lighting Sales is non-negotiable.
• Background: Your current or last company MUST be a Lighting company. Candidates from other industries (Switchgear, Wires, sanitary, etc.) will not be considered.
• Target Audience: You must have an active, existing network of Architects, Lighting Consultants, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs) in Delhi NCR.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate (Any Stream).
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of LED parameters (Wattage, Efficacy, CRI, IP Ratings).
• Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, polished presentation, and the ability to hold technical conversations with Architects.
• Mobility: Must have a vehicle/willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR for client meetings.
