Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our catering sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, with proven experience in sales and client relationship management. This role involves generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the catering division.

Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, wedding, and special events markets.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare catering proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure all details are aligned with client expectations.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen, event planning, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Reporting & Analytics: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to leadership on KPIs, opportunities, and challenges.
