Entrepreneur in Residence (Sales) is a Position, that gives you an opportunity to lead Sales in a Growing Startup, and be one of the Founding Team Members, if you succeed in taking the vertical forward and building things here after.

Skills you should have :

1. Sales Automations and Systems Understanding
2. You should understand how Marketing Automations work.
3. You should have excellent 1-1 Communication Skills.
4. Ability to Lead Teams and Create a Structure for Organisational Growth.
5. Ability to Train People well, and Get Results from the Team.

This role is for those who want to learn how to run a startup. Those who are workaholics and can work 24/7 and they are passionate about solving problems and for those who want to bring a change in the world. This is not for those who shy away from work.

This role is not for you, if you are not willing to build a startup and dedicate next few years into your Individual Growth and for the Organisation.

If the EIR (Sales) Individual is able to drive Sales, and build the Startup with the Other Core Team Members already present in multiple other verticals,

we are open to offering them long term Founding Team Member Role and ESOPS and more.
