Sales & Marketing Manager

Ideal Coffee Machines is expanding, and we’re looking for a senior-level sales professional to lead our growth in Delhi. If you have strong experience in the coffee machine / HoReCa / café equipment industry, this role is for you.

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving premium coffee machine sales, managing key café and hospitality clients, and representing the Ideal brand at our Delhi experience centre.

• Key Responsibilities: Lead sales for commercial & premium coffee machines in Delhi/NCR
• Handle café owners, restaurant groups, hotels, and distributors
• Conduct machine demos and tastings at the experience centre
• Build and maintain strong client relationships & repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Work closely with service & operations for smooth installations
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Represent Ideal at exhibitions, events, and industry meets
• Requirements: Senior-level sales experience (3–7+ years preferred)
• Prior experience in coffee machines / HoReCa equipment/beverage industry is highly preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable, confident, and relationship-driven
• Ability to close high-value deals
