Job Description
MN Energy and Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Rooftop Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales efforts in the Delhi region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the Delhi region.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new sales opportunities and expand market reach.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to maximize their potential and achieve sales goals.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Sales Execution:
Identify and target key customers, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients, for rooftop solar installations.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both the company and the customer.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of the solar rooftop market and regulatory environment in Delhi.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
