About the Role Shree Durga Jewellers is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with strong market knowledge and proven work experience in premium products, gifting, or jewellery/silverware segments. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling sales growth, marketing strategies, and brand promotion, both offline and online.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales & marketing strategies to increase business and brand visibility
- Handle retail, wholesale, corporate gifting & bulk orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors & dealers
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis & identify new business opportunities
- Plan and manage seasonal promotions, exhibitions & festive sales campaigns
- Coordinate with production & inventory teams to meet customer demands
- Manage pricing, negotiations, and closing high-value deals
- Oversee branding, product presentation & showroom promotions
- Additional Skills (Preferred)Photography & Videography skills for products (silver utensils, idols, gift items, décor)
- Creating product photos, short videos, reels & promotional content
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook)
- Ability to guide or coordinate with designers/marketing teams
- Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales & marketing
- Strong market knowledge in jewellery, silver products, luxury gifting, or home décor
- Excellent communication, negotiation & client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset
- Experience in corporate gifting will be a big advantage
