- Generate leads for Home Loans and LAP through open market, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, builders, and channel partners
- Meet prospective customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable loan products

- Ensure proper documentation and guide customers through the loan application process
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for faster loan processing and disbursement
