Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with bank branches to generate new insurance leads.
- Explain various life insurance, health, and investment products to bank customers.
- Handle walk-in customers and assist in selecting suitable plans.
- Maintain a good relationship with branch staff and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct financial need analysis to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Ensure all documentation and compliance processes are followed properly.
- Support the branch team in customer queries related to insurance.
