Joining: Immediate

Showroom Timing: 09:30 AM – 08:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday (availability required on important occasions)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly responsible, sales-focused Showroom Sales Person who also works as a Dress / Uniform Consultant. The role requires understanding customer needs, guiding them correctly, and closing sales professionally.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys retail sales, customer interaction, and consultative selling, especially in hospitality and hotelware categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into sales
• Act as a Dress / Uniform Consultant, understanding customer business and exact requirements
• Recommend the right products based on usage, quality, fit, durability, and budget
• Maintain excellent customer experience and brand image
• Actively push sales and meet daily/monthly targets
• Support other showroom staff when required
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and order inside the showroom
• Required Skills & ProfileFluent in English and Hindi
• Delhi / NCR localite
• Minimum prior sales experience, preferably in hospitality / hotelware / garments
• Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly
• Highly responsible and disciplined
• Strong sales mindset with helping nature
• Comfortable working full showroom hours

Fully responsible for duties related to sales value, billing value, payments, deliveries, and store inventory.

Any mismatch in order value, payment value, delivery, or inventory—if found due to negligence, error, or misconduct—may result in accountability measures, including salary deductions, as per company policy.
