Location: Delhi, Moradabad, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Haldwani, Rudrapur, Orai

Age: 21 to 28 years

Experience: 0 to 3 years

Qualification: Any diploma Graduate or Postgraduate

Requirement: Driving license.

What the role involves

• Building a strong referral network across Panchayat offices, builders, civil engineers, brokers, hardware suppliers, and other market stakeholders.

• Promoting company products across commercial, industrial, educational, and service establishments.

• Conducting on-ground promotional events and distributing marketing materials.

• Engaging with associations and professional bodies for brand promotion and lead sourcing.

• Identifying construction projects and sourcing business through open market channels.

• Handling sales, documentation, loan processing, and coordination with internal teams.

• Conducting initial lead screening, collecting applications, and using the Tab Application for evaluations.

• Managing pre and post sanction processes including legal checks, technical evaluations, registrations, and disbursement scheduling.

• Following up for collections including pre EMI, first EMI, and bounce cases, ensuring zero delinquency.
