Sales Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Outbound Tour Sales Officer to promote and sell international and domestic outbound tour packages. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, closing sales, and achieving assigned revenue targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell outbound tour packages to individual and group clients

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins

Provide accurate information on destinations, itineraries, visas, hotels, flights, and pricing

Customize tour packages as per client requirements

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business

Coordinate with operations, visa, and ticketing teams for smooth booking execution

Maintain proper documentation, CRM updates, and follow-ups

Stay updated with destination knowledge, travel trends, and competitor offerings
