-Attend Service complaints for North India
-Update & close the service calls in CRM & report to HO
-Follow up for Service quotation approval & collect pending payments
-Should work on new AMC & AMC Renewals
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in Field Service,Installation & On site repair
- Willingness to travel extensively in North region.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in field Sales.
- Understanding of pricing and capital goods sales.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Basic computer proficiency.
