Sales Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who’s passionate about fitness, people, and performance — someone who can turn every enquiry into a success story.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with walk-in clients, visitors, and enquiries both in-person and over calls/social media.

Understand client fitness goals and recommend the right membership or training packages.

Coordinate with gym staff, trainers, and management to ensure a smooth client experience.

Drive membership sales targets through follow-ups, consultations, and proactive client engagement.

Handle daily operations related to enquiries, membership renewals, and service up-selling.

Maintain records of leads, conversions, and client interactions using CRM or internal tracking systems.

Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients (events, referrals, etc.).

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing personalized service and after-sales support.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in fitness/gym sales, hospitality, or customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, confident, and goal-driven personality.

Passion for health, fitness, and motivating others.

Basic computer and CRM handling skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
